50 yr. old female patient presented with biliary colic. She had history of laparoscopic cholecystectomy 5 years ago. On ultrasound examination of the abdomen there was small remnant of gallbladder containing tiny stone. MRCP done and revealed small GB remnant with intact intra and extra biliary trees. Successful completion laparoscopic cholecystectomy done.
