33 yr old female patient presented with painless left parotid lump 2.5*2.5 cm. Ultrasound examination showed a mass with benign features in superficial lobe of left Parotid gland.

MRI of head and neck results corresponding with pleomorphic adenoma of left parotid gland. FNAC showed cellular features of pleomorphic adenoma. Left superficial parotidectomy done.

Intact left facial nerve intraoperative and intact facial nerve examination postoperative.
