28 yr. old female patient presented with painless right parotid lump 3*2.5 cm. Ultrasound examination showed a mass with benign features in superficial lobe of right Parotid gland.

MRI of head and neck results corresponding with pleomorphic adenoma of right parotid gland. FNAC showed cellular features of pleomorphic adenoma.

Right superficial parotidectomy done. Intact left facial nerve intraoperative and intact facial nerve examination postoperative.
